I would like to inform the readers of my website that in some cases there is a material connection between the owner of this site and the companies that sell the products or services that I write about, advertise for, or mention on my website.

I don’t own any of these companies and I don’t own stock in any of them. The nature of any relationships between myself and these companies are very simple. If you click on an affiliate link that you find on my site and you purchase something, the company will pay me a commission or advertising fee.

In other cases, I don’t get paid a commission but I will get paid a small fee because you clicked on an advertisement link. In other cases I may receive compensation (this may include, but is not limited to financial compensation) of some form simply by advertising products or services on this site. In some other cases, I won’t get payed anything at all.

Here’s how this works. I’m a member of various affiliate programs or networks. Some of these are Avangate, ClickBank, and Media.net. Because I’m a member of these programs, I’m able to include affiliate links or advertisements for various products on my website. This serves two purposes. First, it allows me to provide a way for my readers to purchase products that they might be interested in. Second, it provides me a way to earn some money in either advertising fees of sales commissions with my website.

One such way that I may earn money is by being a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

On rare occasions, I may receive free sample products that are provided to me for the purpose of evaluating them and posting reviews here on my website.

I would like to make it very clear to my readers that I don’t actually test all of the products that I write about on my website. Unless otherwise stated, you should assume that I have not tested the products and the articles on my website. I do test products to write about on my website but sometimes I simply do enough research to be able to write an article that I think might be useful to my readers.

In the interest of full disclosure, I won’t try to deceive you. I stand to benefit financially if you click on links on my site. Therefore, I must admit that it’s possible that my opinions or viewpoints about the products that I write about could, in some way, be formed because of the fact that I either have been compensated or may be compensated in the future. Any opinions about products or services that are mentioned on this website are my own and are not necessarily shared with their owners.

Please understand that I don’t, won’t, and actually can’t offer any guarantees or warranties for any of the products or services that I may write about on this site. If there are any guarantees, warranties, or refund policies associated with any of these products, they will be offered and supported by the actual company that is selling the product. Be sure and become familiar with the refund policy of any product or service that you would like to purchase before paying any money. The owner of this site isn’t the one selling you the product or service and therefor does not offer any warranty’s or refunds.

The reason I’m telling you this is very simple, I don’t want my readers to purchase a product that they will be unhappy with for one reason or another and then email me to ask for their money back. I don’t have the capability of doing that. Having said that, many of the products I write about come with good money back satisfaction guarantees. I highly advise all of my readers to thoroughly read the terms of any satisfaction guarantee before you make any purchases. The way I see it is very simple. If you don’t like the terms of the guarantee, don’t buy the product. It’s as simple as that.

Additionally, please understand that I can’t guarantee that the products written about on my website will actually work for you as advertised. I assume that they will otherwise it seems to me that the company that is selling the product would quickly go out of business because they would get a bad reputation and everyone who purchased their products would want their money back. If they offer money back satisfaction guarantees and everyone were to ask for their money back, they certainly couldn’t stay in business long. It just doesn’t make sense.

Please be aware that if you do decide to click on a link that you see on my website and make a purchase, you may have some questions about how to get it to work or you may require some form of technical support. If you do, please direct your requests for support to the actual company in which you made the purchase from. Please don’t contact me as there is nothing that I will be able to do to help you.

That’s about it. I have nothing to hide and I’m trying to be completely up front and forthright with all of my readers. That being said, if you have any questions about this Compensation Disclosure, feel free to send me an email. My email address is prominently displayed in the “Contact” page. You’ll find a button to access this page in the upper right hand corner of my website (on mobile devices the contact link may be found at the bottom of your screen).

You should also know that from time to time I may modify this Compensation Disclosure. As the owner of this website, I reserve the right to do so at any time without any form of notification.
