I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received emails from people wanting to know if there is an app that will allow them to track a cell phone without installing software onto it first. There are so many reasons why people might not be able to get the phone that they want to track in their hands long enough to install software onto it. Because this seems to be such a popular question, I spent a bit of time searching for an answer and I think you’ll be surprised to learn what I discovered.

Let me tell you a story that was shared with me in one of the emails that I have received. This one really broke my heart. It seems that this man’s teenage daughter had run away and they lived in an area were he wasn’t able to get much help from the local authorities when it came to getting his daughter home safe and sound. For some reason he believed that her phone was still with her and working. I don’t know if she had been using it to communicate with him or what but he felt like she still had her phone with her and he was desperately looking for a GPS phone tracking app that he could use to locate her. He really needed one that didn’t require the installation of any tracking software on her phone to be able to determine her location.

When I received this email, I wasn’t aware of any GPS phone tracking software that could actually do what he was asking. Let’s Talk About What The Designers Of This App Claim It Can Do

Okay, let me tell you what the designers of this app “claim” it can do. Be prepared to be impressed because what they claim is pretty darn impressive! Basically, you’re supposed to purchase the app and install it on YOUR phone. Then they say that you need to place a 30 second call to the phone that you want to be able to track. They say that you’ll need to stay on the line for at least 30 seconds which will allow the software that is installed on your cell phone to retrieve the information that it needs from the target phone and do what they refer to as “pairing up”.

It’s worth pointing out that they claim that even if the call goes straight to voicemail, this “pairing” will still take place just as long as the connection between your phone and the target phone remains active for at least 30 seconds. After this pairing, they claim that your phone will remain paired with the target phone which the makers say will allow you to do a number of very useful things.

A List Of The Reported Features Of This Unique Tracking App

  1. They claim that you will be able to listen to live phone calls even if you’re not on the line with the target phone.
  2. They claim that you will be able to use the target phone like a top secret spy listening device regardless of whether you’re on the phone with the target phone or not.
  3. They claim that you can read SMS text messages on the target phone when using this software.
  4. They claim that you can determine the location of the phone that you are targeting by means of GPS.
  5. They claim that you can view the call logs on the phone you are monitoring.
  6. They claim that you can view the pictures and videos that are stored on the phone.

As a matter of fact, the designers of this covert cell phone spy application claim that you can set up the software to access ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that is on the phone you are targeting and this is all supposed to be completely INVISIBLE to the person carrying the target phone. What I’m impressed by most is that they report that there isn’t any need to install any software on the target phone!

How Can You Be Sure That This Software Actually Works?

I can only imagine what regulators are going to do when they figure out that this technology exists. I imagine someone will try to prevent this technology from being available to the public so if you are at all interested in trying this software out, you may want to get it sooner rather than later. Of course, that’s entirely up to you.

Why Am I Telling You About This App?

Some of you may ask why I’m even writing about this app if I don’t even know “if” or “how” it works. The answer to this question is very simple. Since I created this website, I’ve had a lot of people email me and ask if I could please tell them whether I knew about any software that would allow them to track a cell phone without physically having the phone in their hands to install a tracking app.

Up until recently, I always had to tell them that I didn’t think such an app actually existed. Now that I’ve become aware of an application that is reported by it’s designers to be able to do this, I feel that writing about it here on my website helps to fill a void that seemed to have been missing on my site. I’d like to make it clear that I haven’t actually tested this application myself. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how it can do the things that they claim it can do. I have no idea how an app like this would work but it doesn’t seem like too much of a stretch to believe that technology could have advanced to the point that this is actually possible.

With that in mind, I fully expect that someday, some clever software developer out there will figure out a way to make an application that will allow users to simply enter a phone number and determine the location of the particular phone. We’re definitely not there yet but I don’t believe that this possibility is completely out of the question at some point in the future. When that day does finally arrive, you can be sure that I’ll be writing about this new technology on my website.

Consider this before you jump to conclusions about the validity of any phone tracking technology. Cell phone tracking applications that we know to work, AND WORK VERY WELL, were a thing of science fiction just a few short years ago. One can only guess what will actually be possible in the months and years to come.
